Number of participants
A team – four players from each country are considered Official players. Only official player/A team can become a Word Champion.
Other players can participate in the competition as well and are considered in all side categories – Under 18, Over 50, potentially others.
A-C teams from each country can be submitted in Early registration period directly. We are ready to welcome even more participants from one country.
Should it be your case, contact the organizers by email in advance please – we just need to know about the plan and potentially be able to balance the higher numbers among countries
Registration process
For registration, fill the registration file and send it to organizers email address.
Participators from countries with a National Representative at Word Puzzle Federation (http://www.worldpuzzle.org/) –
The registration as well as later addition and potential changes is performed by a national representative who sends a registration file (coming soon) to the organizers.
Other participants – fill and send the registration file individually.

late registration – until we run out of blocked capacity
Late registration period Registration will be closed on 15.10.
From September until we run out of reserved capacity. The organizers reserve the right to prioritize A-teams registrations from not represented countries over additional players.
WSC only: 419 €
WPC only: 539 €
WSC+WPC: 719 €
for standard double room. Single room + 20% to the basic fee.
Staying extra nights before/after the Championships is possible until we run out of the capacity for those days (late registration period 80€/night, full board).

*We were reached by representatives of a few countries where the national nomination is decided based on UK championships which is held around the end of the early registration period. In such case we are able to agree on a slightly adjusted procedure – we need to know in time 1)that it is your case and 2)approximate number of participants from your country. In this case the registration form needs to be sent, unless agreed otherwise, by noon 30.6. and payment due date is agreed accordingly.
