The participation fees are covering  competition participation, standard double room accommodation, full board for the time of event, transfer to the hotel on official arrival/departure dates, trip-day activities, competition T-shirt…

The fee is the same for all WSC/WPC participants, official players, unofficial players, captains and guests.

Early registration period
WSC only: 349 Euro
WPC only: 449 Euro
WSC+WPC: 599 Euro
for standard double room. Single room  + 20% to the basic fee.
The early registration fee is guaranteed for participants registered to 25th of June. The payment should be credited to the end of  June.

Second registration period

WSC only: 379 Euro
WPC only: 489 Euro
WSC+WPC: 649 Euro
for standard double room. Single room  + 20% to the basic fee.
The second phase registration fee is guaranteed for registrations to 25.8.  2018. The payment should be credited to the end of August.

Late registration period
From September until we run out of reserved capacity. The organizers reserve the right to prioritize A-teams registrations from not represented countries over additional players.

WSC only: 419 €
WPC only: 539 €
WSC+WPC: 719 €
for standard double room. Single room  + 20% to the basic fee.

There is no cancellation available 2 weeks before the championship starts.

Staying extra nights before/after the Championships is possible until we run out of the capacity for those days (late registration period 80€/night, full board).
